Monitoring & Rebooting

Monitoring a VPS is a hard duty. You either have to do the job on your own , in other words devote a lot of your time to monitoring your server, or you have to deploy a third–party tool whose only task will be to watch over your VPS server. And that is exactly where our Admin Services offer can help you out. With it, your Virtual Private Server will be included in our custom–built server monitoring system, which will monitor all the key tasks. And in the event of a service crash, our sysadmins will be notified right away and they will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is essential – you never know when something can go wrong. And having ordered our Admin Services solution, you will enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you having to set up or configure anything. And all the backup copies will be stored on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your hosted content will always be safe and sound, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your Virtual Private Server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & set up special software programs on it. And if this seems like something too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Admin Services deal, is the right solution for your needs. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our proficient sysadmins who will install any software or resolve any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. With the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers, it’s an optional feature.
